Meet the Candidates: Ben Lien endorsed for MN House 4A

Ben Lien received endorsement at the DFL Senate District 4 Endorsing Convention last month in Barnesville, MN.

Ben is a fantastic candidate to take on entrenched Morrie Lanning in the newly redistricted District 4A. Ben's district includes the City of Moorhead and Oakport Township. His motto is "Putting Our Community First."

This from his "About" page on the Ben Lien for Minnesota House 4A web site...
Hi. My name is Ben Lien. I grew up in Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead High School. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead studying political science. I am currently employed with The Village Family Service Center. I am running for the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 4A because I want to fight for Moorhead and Oakport Township.
I am very proud to be from Moorhead, and I want to give back to my community. I want to serve the neighborhoods that provide families with opportunities to grow. I want to serve the schools that teach kids lessons for success. I want to serve the businesses that give our city character. I want to serve the community that made me who I am today. If elected as your 4A representative, I will put our community first and work endlessly to keep it strong.  Read more...
